Set your availability
Click on your name next to the search bar to navigate to your User profile.
Click the blue "Edit Schedule" link to expand the availability options.
The times listed are configured to the time zone that was set when your User account was created. Select the days and times you want to be available for appointments.
Use the Schedule Unavailability section to plan ahead and customize times when you are unavailable.
Save these changes by clicking Save at the bottom of your User profile.
Schedule an appointment
Click Schedule from the action bar:
A schedule prompt window will open in the lower left corner of your screen:
Select the desired appointment settings and click Schedule to add the appointment to your calendar.
Scheduled appointments will also appear in the patient profile as banners with buttons that will lead you into different workflows.
View your availability and appointments
Navigate to your User profile. At the top of the page you will see a week long calendar view of your appointments:
This view will always include your unavailability and can be filtered to show all or only certain event types.
Dismiss an appointment
When you create an appointment, it will show up in both your User calendar view as well as in the patient's profile under the Upcoming section.
You can dismiss an appointment from either location and it will automatically disappear from both. To dismiss from your User calendar view, hover over the upper right corner of the appointment and click the 'X' that appears.
To dismiss from the patient's profile, click Edit in the upcoming event banner and select Cancel.
