This article will help you:
- Select a coach account to manage
- Deactivate a coach account
- Reset a coach account password
- Edit a coach account
Select a coach account to manage
Click on the Coaches button from the menu options on the left side of your screen:
This will bring you to the Coach Accounts page, where you can see all coaches.
Click the name of the coach account you'd like to manage.
Deactivate a coach account
In the upper right corner of the coach profile, click the Deactivate button:
This will change the coaches status to Deactivated and will remove them from the Coach Accounts page default view. A deactivated coach will not be able to log in to their account.
To view deactivated coaches, click the box next to Display Deactivated on the Coach Accounts page:
To reactivate a coach, click the Reactivate button:
Reset a coach account password
In the upper right of the coach profile, click Send Password Reset Email:
This will send an email to the coach which will take them through the password reset flow.
Edit a coach account
In the upper right of the coach profile, click Edit Account:
This will take you to the Edit Coach Account page where you can edit the coach information. Be very careful to accurately edit this information as coaches may have access to PII and PHI through Welkin.
When you have made the desired edits, click the Save button to update the profile.
