This article will help you:
- Initiate an unscheduled call
- Assign a call type to an active call
- Continue through the call type workflow
Initiate an unscheduled call
Click Call from the action bar:
A call prompt window will appear in the lower left corner of your screen:
Assign a call type to an active call
Click on the call type drop down arrow to see all of the possible call types. Choose the desired type.
Continue through the call type workflow
Press Call to start your call. You will see a message confirming that the call was initiated.
Once the call has been initiated, you will be entered into the workflow for that call type, which will guide you to the actions that you need to take on this call (such as filling out a survey or assessment, for example).
An event recording the call will be added to the patient’s timeline.
This functionality exists for all your call and visit types.
