This article will help you:
- Get Google Chrome
- Log into Welkin and set your password
- Set up your coach profile
Get Google Chrome
Go to www.google.com/chrome and select Download Chrome.
Log into Welkin and set your password
Once you have downloaded Google Chrome on your computer, go to the Welkin sign in page at https://coach.welkinhealth.com.
In order to add an account, you will enter your work email address and select OK. This saves your email address on that device to make future logins to Welkin quicker.
On the next screen, you will be asked for a password.
If this is your first time logging into Welkin, you will select Forgot Password? and follow the instructions to have an email sent to you to reset your password.

Once you have set up your new password, return to https://coach.welkinhealth.com and log in to Welkin.
Set up your coach profile
Once you have set your password and logged in to Welkin, you'll next want to set up your coach profile. You can access your profile by clicking on your name at the top-right of Welkin, and selecting Profile:
You will be navigated to your coach profile view. This view contains a calendar of your scheduled appointments, a drop down Edit Schedule section to adjust your appointment availability, and your contact information.
Enter your email address and phone number to enable patients to contact you.
This phone number will not be visible to patients when you call them through the Welkin platform. Patients will see the Welkin-issued number for your organization. This is the same number you should provide to patients who would like to call you.
Important Note: If you do not have a phone number configured in your coach profile, your patient calls and messages may be routed elsewhere.
Click the blue Edit Schedule button to enter your availability. This schedule controls when other coaches are able to request appointments or calls with you. This does not control when incoming calls are routed to you.
The times listed are configured to the time zone that was set when your coach account was created. Select the days and times you want to be available for appointments.
Use the Schedule Unavailability section to plan ahead and customize times when you are unavailable.
Save these changes by clicking Save at the bottom of your coach profile. Your updated availability will be reflected in your calendar after refreshing the page.
You are now ready to begin working in Welkin.
