Downloading Google Chrome
Download the Google Chrome web browser on your laptop, computer, iPad, or any supported device that you will be using to work in Welkin. Go to www.google.com/chrome and select Download Chrome:
Logging in to Welkin
Once you have downloaded Google Chrome on your computer, go to the Welkin sign in page at https://coach.welkinhealth.com. In order to add an account, you will enter your work email address and select OK. This saves your email address on that device to make future logins to Welkin quicker:
On the next screen, you will be asked for a password. If this is your first time logging into Welkin, you will select Forgot your password? and follow the instructions to have an email sent to you to set your password:
Once you have set up your new password, return to https://coach.welkinhealth.com and log in to Welkin.
The first page you will come to is your inbox page. Your inbox organizes your daily workflow by displaying important information such as today’s scheduled calls or visits and messages received from patients. We'll explain more about the inbox in Lesson 4.
Resetting your password
If you forget your Welkin password, you can reset it by going to the login page at coach.welkinhealth.com and clicking the Forgot your password? link:
Enter the email address associated with your Welkin account. You will then receive a message from Welkin with a link to follow to reset your password.
Never share your password with anyone else or leave it visible for others to see. In the event that your device is stolen, having a password written on or near your device would allow an intrusion into your and your patients' privacy. Should your device be stolen, please reach out to Welkin Support immediately.
Unlocking your account
After setting your password, you will have 5 attempts to enter it correctly, indicated by the count down message:
After 5 incorrect attempts, you will be locked out of your account. To unlock your account, please submit a support ticket and a Welkin Support representative will assist you.
