Setting your availability
To access your user profile page, click on your name and select Profile:
At the top of the page is your schedule of calls and visits that have been scheduled in Welkin. The current week is displayed, but you can see past and upcoming appointments by clicking Previous 7 days and Next 7 days respectively.
Select Edit Schedule to set your typical, recurring availability. This will determine when calls or visits may be scheduled on your calendar. Go ahead and make any necessary changes to your typical availability.
On the right you'll see Schedule Unavailability. You can use this feature to schedule temporary exceptions to your regular availability, such as a vacation or an appointment.
Entering your contact information
At the bottom of the page, enter the email address and phone number that you will use to send and receive messages and calls to patients.
Patients will not see your number on their caller ID, nor will they use your number to reach you. They will instead have a Welkin-provided phone number that is routed to the number in your user profile.
Once you have entered your phone number, save these changes to complete your user profile set up.
