Attempting your password
You have 5 attempts to enter the correct Welkin password. If you are unable to access Welkin after all 5 attempts, your account will lock and you will not be able to attempt any more passwords.
To unlock your account, please submit a support ticket and a Welkin Support representative will assist you.
Resetting your password
If you exceed 5 password attempts, you will be prompted to reset your password. To reset your password, enter your Welkin email address and we will send you a password reset email.
Routine password resets
Every 90 days, you will be prompted to reset your Welkin password to maintain the security of patient information. You will follow the same password reset email flow detailed above.
Manually Resetting your password
If you forget your Welkin password, you can reset it by going to the login page at coach.welkinhealth.com and clicking the Forgot your password? link.
Enter the email address associated with your Welkin account. You will then receive a message from Welkin with a link to follow to reset your password.
Important Note: Welkin does not store password history and will not allow you to re-use old passwords.
Welkin Recommends: Never share your password with anyone else or leave it visible for others to see. In the event that your device is stolen, having a password written on or near your device would allow an intrusion into your and your patients' privacy. Should your device be stolen, please reach out to Welkin Support immediately.
