Access your Coach Profile
Once you have set your password and logged in to Welkin, you'll first want to set up your coach profile. You can access your profile by clicking on your name at the top-right of Welkin, and clicking Profile:
Enter your contact information
Enter your phone number to make calls to patients and have their incoming calls routed to you.
This phone number will not be visible to patients when you call them through the Welkin platform. Patients will see the Welkin-issued number for your organization. This is the same number you should provide to patients who would like to call you.
Create a bio
Add a photo and a brief bio if your version of Welkin has these features.
Set your schedule
Click the Edit Schedule button to enter your availability. This schedule controls when other coaches are able to request appointments or calls with you. This does not control when incoming calls are routed to you.
Save your profile
Click Save to update your profile. You will see a small red gear icon spin to indicate the information has been saved.
