Create a password
You will receive an email from Welkin Health after your account has been created. Click the link in the email to set up your password. Please note the security requirements:
You will be prompted to change your password every 90 days.
If the link in your email has expired or no longer works, you can create a new password by following the password reset flow detailed below, even if you have never logged into Welkin before.
Reset your password
Reset your password by going to the login page at coach.welkinhealth.com and clicking the "Forgot your password?" link:
Enter the email address associated with your Welkin account. You will then receive a message from Welkin with a link to follow to reset your password.
Never share your password with anyone else or leave it visible for others to see. In the unfortunate circumstance that your computer is stolen, having a password written on your or near your device would allow an intrusion into your and your patient's privacy. Should your device get stolen, please reach out to us immediately.
Unlock your account
After setting your password, you will have 5 attempts to enter it correctly, indicated by the count down message:
After 5 incorrect attempts, you will be locked out of your account. To unlock your account, please contact email@example.com and a Customer Success team member will assist you.
