Access your Inbox
Your Inbox will be the first page you see upon logging into Welkin. Your Inbox displays:
- Calls and visits that are scheduled for that day
- Overdue calls or visits
- Any other alerts that you may need to see or respond to
View an alert
A New Message alert indicates that a patient has sent an email or SMS text message. Click on the alert in your Inbox to go to the Patient Profile page. At the top of the page are prompts that correspond to the alerts in the Inbox.
You can use Show and Programs to filter the alerts in your Inbox based on patients matching those specifications.
