This article will help you understand:
- Automatic call scheduling for the Trial Phase
- Automatic call scheduling for the Permanent Phase
- Primary Coach relationship changing when their is a TSS in your region
Automatic Follow Up Calls in the Trial Phase
When you finish a Baseline Assessment Visit or manually Change Phase for a patient from Baseline to Trial, Welkin will automatically schedule 7 Follow Up calls for this patient. If there is a TSS in the region, the primary coach will be switched to the TSS and the calls will be scheduled for the TSS. Therefore, when completing the Trial Procedure Visit, you do not have to manually schedule any follow up calls.
The automatically scheduled Follow Up calls can then be seen in the Upcoming section:
If the patient remains in the Trial Phase for longer than this first week, Welkin will continue to prompt you to make a Follow Up call once a day, so there is no need to manually schedule these.
Automatic Follow Up Calls in the Permanent Phase
Similarly, calls are automatically scheduled in the Permanent Phase. Anniversary calls are scheduled according to the required schedule. If a patient has less than 50% pain relief, the Follow Up calls are automatically scheduled weekly until pain percentage improves.
Ending a Trial puts someone into the Perm Phase. Completing the Perm Procedure Visit is what triggers automatic perm followup calls. If a perm patient has less than 50% pain relief, followup calls are scheduled weekly until pain percentage improves.
If a patient is achieving better than 50% pain relief, anniversary calls are scheduled 2 months, 5 months, and 11 months after the procedure.
