Initiate and view scheduled calls
Log into your Welkin Inbox to view any calls that are due that day. If you have a call due for your patient, you will see a prompt for it at the top of their profile.
Click “Begin Call”. As the call dialog pops up, confirm your number and your patient’s number and place the call by clicking “Call”

Confirm your number and your patient's number before pressing Begin Call. The call will be routed through Welkin, and you will then receive a call on your Coach Profile number. Press 7 to accept the the call and be connected to the patient. The patent will see an intermediate number, not your Coach Profile number.
Initiate an unscheduled call
Navigate to a patient’s profile and click “Call” from within the action bar:
