Completing appointments
A prompt at the top of the patient profile will guide you to begin your appointment with the patient. Here is an example of both a call and a visit:
Before beginning an appointment, take a look at the patient timeline in order to view all of the history of interactions with and documentation about the patient from all team members". You can use the filters to view specific types of information, for example:
- Filter for “Assessments” and view the assessment responses by clicking on the timeline entry to expand it. This may contain important information about the patient’s level of pain relief.
- Click on a call entry to see any notes that were taken during that call.
When you are ready to being the appointment, click Begin either the call or visit.
Recording Past Visits
If you need to record a visit that happened in the past, such as a Baseline Assessment visit you completed last week, you can use the option to Record Past Visit or Call. This will allow you to set the date you'd like for that visit.
Editing Appointments
You can edit a call or a visit to reschedule it at another time or assign it to another rep by navigating to the call prompt and selecting "Edit":
