Completing Assessments
Within typically scheduled calls and visits, such as Follow Up calls, you will be prompted to fill out assessments. For example, you’ll see in this Follow Up call the button to pull up the Follow Up Assessment:
You can also fill out an assessment at any time by selecting “Assessment” from the Action Menu within the Patient Profile. This will allow you to select the type of assessment you would like to complete for the patient.
Follow the prompts to for the assessment, required information will be noted with a red asterisk.
After clicking save, you will be able to see the completed Assessment on the Patient’s Timeline.
Editing Assessments
You can edit both the content of the assessment and the time the assessment was completed from the patient's timeline. You can see the edit buttons below:
