View unrecognized voicemails
When an unrecognized SMS or voicemail comes to your shared Nevro number, it is shown in the inbox of all TSS. They can read or listen to it and try to assign it to the appropriate patient profile.
Under the "Unrecognized SMS" section in your inbox, you can click on one to read it:

Important Note:
If you select the "Dismiss" option from the unrecognized SMS prompt, this will remove the SMS from everybody's inboxes and the Nevro system entirely.
Assign unrecognized voicemails to a patient
If you know where to assign it, you can search for the patient's name:

And then click "Assign":

The SMS is then affiliated with the correct patient profile.
Assign the unrecognized number to a patient
You will likely want to check in with the patient to see if they will be using this phone number going forward. If so, you can add it to the patient's profile by clicking Edit Patient from the More Menu on their profile, and then adding the additional phone number as a cell phone type:
