Attempting your password
When logging into Workshop, you have 5 attempts to enter the correct password. If you’re unable to access Workshop after all 5 attempts, your account will be locked and you won’t be able to attempt any more passwords.
Important note: Your Program Administrator may have granted you access using the same log-in email address and password as your Coach Portal log-in. If that’s the case, resetting your password will affect your log-in for both Workshop and Coach Portal.
Resetting your password
If you exceed 5 password attempts, you will be prompted to reset your password. To reset your password, enter your Welkin email address and we will send you a password reset email.
