You can use Workshop and the Coach Portal on the latest version of the Google Chrome web browser. Download the Google Chrome web browser on your laptop, computer, iPad, or any device that you will be using to work in Welkin. Go to www.google.com/chrome and select Download Chrome.
Welkin works best on the most recent version of Chrome. Check to see if you have any pending updates by looking at the “About Chrome Chrome”.
Common troubleshooting steps we suggest are:
- Logging out and then logging back into Welkin
- Closing and restarting the browser
- Checking for any software updates on your Laptop, Computer, or iPad
Supported computing devices
We recommend that you use your laptop, computer, iPad, Microsoft Go or Tablet to access Workshop. Mobile Devices such as iPhones and Android devices are not supported to access Workshop or the Coach Portal.
