A “configuration” is the set of resources and layouts that define your Program, such as the Phases, Appointment Prompts, Assessments, and Processes. Workshop’s interface provides you with the tools to manage and update these features, giving you control over your configuration. Anything you build or modify is considered a “change,” and published changes determine your configuration “Version.”
Configuration Versions allow you to keep track of all the modifications made to your program. Each time you publish changes to your Live environment, the Version of your configuration is incremented. From the Workshop Menu, you can view the “Changelog” to track the history of configuration changes by each Version. The Version number assigned to new sets of changes continues to identify them after they’ve been published, in the Changelog.
