In this article, we'll walk through:
- What are Appointment Prompts?
- What are Appointment Prompt Templates?
After reading this documentation, you will:
- know what types of Appointments are supported
- know what support and guidance can be delivered via Appointment Prompts.
Appointment types allow you to classify the kinds of interactions you have with patients. Supported Appointment types are:
- Phone Visit
- In-Person Visit
- Video Visit* (only enabled for programs where video app is supported)
Using these types, you can have Appointment Prompts to map to the kinds of patient interactions performed by your team, such as “Enrollment Call,” “Coaching Call,” or “Satisfaction Survey Call”
Configuring Appointment Prompts allows you to observe and measure data for the different Appointments, like “how often does this engagement happen,” or “how long does this type of engagement typically take,” as well as ensure that the right people on your team are handling these kinds of Appointments.
Appointment Prompts give you the ability to offer pre-appointment guidance to your coaches. Messages can be configured in the Appointment Prompt templates to tell the coach what they should do to prepare for the engagement, as well as offer guidance during the Appointment, in addition to scripting and directing them to perform common Actions during the engagement.
