Question: How does the Condition “N days before” or “N days after” an event work?
Example: I would like the “Preparing for your appointment” email to be sent to the Patient 1 day before their Appointment to remind them of the things they need to be prepared with.
Answer: The system checks every day at 9am PST for Appointments scheduled for (in this example) the following day. If at 9:01am today, an Appointment is scheduled for tomorrow, the Email would not be sent.
Question: How do I trigger an outcome to happen if the value of Custom Data Type (CDT) is blank?
Answer: This capability is not yet supported.
Question: I set up a Process to trigger an Alert, why am I not seeing the Alert?
Example: I would like the “New Patient Intake” Alert to be shown to the Primary Coach when a new Patient is created in the “Enrollment” Phase.
Answer: We recommend doing a general check to see if you (as the current logged in user in the Coach portal) meet the exact conditions set. Here are some common things to verify
- Is the Patient in the right Phase?
- Are you the Primary Coach? (if you are not, you will not see the Alert)
- Are you of the correct Role to see this Alert? (if you are not, you will not see the Alert)
- Does your process have any additional conditional logic that does not apply to this Patient?
