While navigating the patient profile, coaches may add information incorrectly to the patient timeline and would like this information removed. Deletion of certain types of information may result in unknowingly deleting components used by other parts of your configuration or your integration and can negatively affect a set of Patients in your Live Environment. As a result, full delete functionality is not supported in Coach Portal at this time.
Alternative to Deletion
You can request to hide certain information from the patient timeline or in special cases request for information to be deleted. You can do this by submitting a support request.
