This article will assist you with editing basic information, care team assignments, contact information, communication preferences and consents for patients.
Locating a Patient Profile
Use the search bar in the upper right corner of the coach homepage to locate the patient’s profile. To enter the patient’s profile, click the patient name in blue. Then, click the blue Edit button in the upper right corner of the Patient Info section, located in the right sidebar.
This will take you to the patient’s Edit Patient page. After inputting your edits, be sure to click the blue Update Patient Info button to save your changes.
Important Note: Be very careful to accurately input and review the patient’s contact details before saving, as the patient will be receiving access to PII and PHI through Welkin communications.
