Selecting a Coach Account to Manage
Click on the Coaches button from the menu options on the left side of your screen:
This will bring you to the Coach Accounts page, which contains a master list of coaches. To locate a specific coach, you can scroll through the list of coaches, or type the name of the coach into the search bar.
Click the name of the coach account that you would like to manage.
Important Note: The default Coach Accounts view does not include coaches that have been deactivated. To include deactivated coaches, click the Display Deactivated checkbox.
Deactivating a Coach Account
In the upper right corner of the coach profile, click the Deactivate button:
This will change the coach status to Deactivated, meaning the coach will no longer be able to log into their account. Deactivating a coach will also remove the coach from the Coach Accounts page default view, which only displays active coaches.
Reactivating a Coach Account
On the Coach Admin home page, select Coaches from the menu options on the left side of your screen. This will take you to the Coach Accounts page. On this page, click the checkbox next to Display Deactivated coaches. Once you have located the deactivated coach that you would like to reactivate, click the coach’s name to be taken to their page, then click the Reactivate button.
Resetting a Coach Account Password
On the Coach Admin home page, select Coaches from the menu options on the left side of your screen. This will take you to the Coach Accounts page. Click the name of the coach whose password you would like to reset. In the upper right of the coach profile, click the Send Password Reset Email button. This will send an email to the coach which will take them through the password reset flow.
Editing a Coach Account
On the Coach Admin home page, select Coaches from the menu options on the left side of your screen. This will take you to the Coach Accounts page. In the upper-right corner of the coach profile, click the Edit Account button.
This will take you to the Edit Coach Account page where you are able to edit the coach information.
Important Note: Be very careful to accurately input and review the coach details before saving, as coaches may have access to PII and PHI through Welkin.
Once you have made the desired edits and reviewed them for accuracy, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to finalize your changes.
