Prerequisites:
- You have a Docusign for Healthcare account.
Steps:
- File a work request ticket at support.welkinhealth.com or contact your Welkin Customer Success Manager to enable the e-Signature app for your team.
- Provide credentials for your team's existing Docusign for Healthcare account.
- Important note: If your team does not have a Docusign for Healthcare account, please include this information in the work request ticket filed to Welkin Support. Our Welkin Customer Success Team can work with you to obtain a Docusign for Healthcare account.
