You will need to work with the Welkin Team to enable the telehealth app.
To enable the Welkin Telehealth App, please reach out to your Welkin Customer Success Manager or submit a ticket to our Welkin Technical Support Team.
- Your Welkin contact will work with you to ensure you have the appropriate account through our Partner Program.
- If you already have the appropriate account, you will need to generate OAuth credentials for Welkin to connect your account.
- Once the telehealth app is configured, your program director will be able to control where the video action is displayed in the care delivery portal by applying settings in Workshop.
